Welcome to Mana Duel. This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Happy Starfish Games (“COMPANY”) for the software product known as Mana Duel.

By downloading or using the game, you agree to these terms. Violations can result in account suspension or a permanent ban.

1. License Grant and Restrictions

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. COMPANY grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the game on devices you own or control.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Distribute, rent, lease, or lend the software to any third party.
• Exploit game data, bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software (cheats/hacks).
• Remove or alter any copyright notices.

2. User Conduct and Communication

You are responsible for your conduct. You agree not to engage in communication that is:

• Threatening, bullying, abusive, obscene, or sexually suggestive.
• Infringing on any copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
• Deemed “spam,” “junk mail,” or impersonation of company employees.

No Expectation of Privacy: You agree that there is no expectation of privacy in connection with in-game chat or direct user-to-user communication. COMPANY owns the rights to all communication sent through the software and may access or reproduce it as needed to maintain community safety.

3. Virtual Content and Currency

Mana Duel features virtual items, cards, and currency to enhance your gameplay.

• Ownership: All in-game content is owned by COMPANY. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use this content within the game.
• No Real-World Value: Virtual goods and currency have no cash value. They cannot be sold, bartered, or traded for “real-world” money or value outside of the game.
• Refund Policy: Purchases of virtual currency or items are final and non-refundable, except as required by the applicable platform policies or local law.
• Modifications: COMPANY reserves the right to manage and modify in-game content (such as card balancing) as part of game operation and service updates.

4. Support and Maintenance

COMPANY may provide support services related to the software. Support requests can be submitted via the contact methods listed in the game or on our website. COMPANY is not required to provide support services unless otherwise required by applicable law. By providing an email address to the game account, you agree that COMPANY may contact you regarding the software; you may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

5. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. COMPANY may unilaterally terminate or modify this EULA at any time. If your license to use the game is terminated (for example, due to an account ban), you must immediately cease all use of the software and delete all copies of the application from your devices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided “As Is” and “As Available” without any express or implied warranty of any kind.

• No Warranty: COMPANY disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuous, error-free operation.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall COMPANY, its affiliates, or its distribution and platform partners be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data) arising out of your use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Eligibility

By using Mana Duel, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 13 years of age, OR you are at least 9 years of age and have obtained explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
2. You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. You are not located in a country subject to a government embargo or designated as a “terrorist-supporting” nation.
4. You are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
