In-Game Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your data is via the Settings > Account menu inside the Mana Duel app. This confirms your identity automatically and processes the request immediately.
Web-Based Deletion Request
If you have already uninstalled the app, use this form to securely send your request to our support team. You may also email support@happystarfishgames.com directly.
What Happens Next
- Verification: To protect your account, we will verify ownership via your registered email.
- Processing: Eligible personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
- Finality: You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete. Once deleted, data cannot be restored.
